NOTE: For longer term capture cycles, purchased CaaS products may be refreshed by the same client for an unlimited number of times for the same targeted opportunity, upon request. Each updated (refreshed) product for the same targeted opportunity is made available at 50% of the original purchase price and delivered within 50% of the original days to completion.

EXAMPLE: A client purchases an Advanced Price-to-Win (PTW) product 8 months before an RFP is anticipated to be released. This original CaaS product costs $5,000 and took 10 days to be delivered to the client. So, if the client requests this Advanced PTW product to be updated 2 months prior to the RFP release, the fixed price for the refreshed version will cost $2,500 and be delivered within 5 days. Clients may elect to repeatedly refresh this same CaaS product for this same deal as many times as they wish after the original version has been delivered.

Blackdragon Winning-as-a-Service (WaaS) Services

For roughly the same costs of hiring a one-to-a-few hourly consultants, our bidder clients can outsource the entire contract win for a fixed price + reasonable win bonus! We call it the “WaaS Deal Team” service. It’s better, faster and more cost effective than outdated conventional methods of proposal preparation.

Here are some highlights:

  • Blackdragon Deal Teams work closely with the client’s personnel up through official contract award for a moderate fixed fee payable in measurable increments of completion plus incentives. They must win each target contract to collect the full fee.

However, Blackdragon is automatically designed to self-adjust for filling in any detected “gaps” or to compensate for missing or inadequate skill sets with respect to creating a winning proposal.   • Deal Team members transparently score one another at the end of each project to determine each person’s compensation allotment based on resourcefulness and value of contribution–this ensures the most knowledgeable, most capable, most proficient and most motivated talent the market can bear are passionately united for the single purpose of winning for your company.
